How do I make web page automatically change with sitebuilder?

I was wondering if anybody knows a way that I can have my index page on my website just show for a predetermined amount of time and then transition to another page. I guess I could just put on a %26quot;enter web site%26quot; button, but was wondering if this could be done automatically. I use Yahoo Sitebuilder.
